In house marketing for high end eyewear

Bespoke Eyewear are an independent opticians located on Royal Parade, Harrogate. Offering eye examinations and luxury eyewear from around the world.

The challenge

To create and implement a marketing strategy that would boost brand awareness for Bespoke Eyewear across the UK.


  • Develop a marketing strategy
  • Create and develop brand guidelines
  • Redesign the website to reflect brand guidelines, new business developments and improve SEO
  • Full management of Social Media and customer communications
  • Offer consultancy to Bespoke Eyewear across all elements of their sales and marketing.
  • Implement the new marketing strategy including managing marketing campaigns and analysing results.


This is an ongoing project so the results are changing and developing every month.

After spending time in house with the Bespoke Eyewear team, we could see that the customer interaction and customer service was a real asset to the business and definitely an avenue to further explore. We therefore took over management of all online customer communication including social media, newsletter and blog. This takeover has seen a growth in engagement, and we’ve seen a jump in the online following.

We also developed the brand guidelines before creating a new website, to truly showcase the Bespoke Eyewear brand. The customer journey from site to store needed to be a consistent one, as the experience is such a key part of this luxury brand.

We’re now working on an ongoing marketing strategy and heading up full implementation of the Bespoke Eyewear marketing plan. This includes management of campaigns including “Black Friday at Bespoke”, and the “Christmas Launch”.
