Nicky has an established background in marketing and hospitality, with a bit of media thrown in. Her love for luxury hospitality and customer journey saw her work as a Senior Manager in York’s legendary Bettys Café Tearooms, before she left the company in 2015 to create NIMA.
Nicky is project lead on NIMA’s marketing projects, which sees her working across marketing strategy, social media campaigns, e-marketing and PR. Her warm approach combined with her tenacious attitude has seen her work side by side with our clients, whilst always future planning for NIMA.
Tea drinker Mark is a fan of a good viral campaign, and has even created some of his own along the way. A true creative, he stays on top of trends and fashion and is fantastic at ensuring that his clients stand out from the crowd, with fresh designs and innovative ideas.
With a background in education, finance and retail, Mark committed to the creative industry fully in 2010. He now heads up all creative projects for NIMA including branding, artwork design and UI/UX Design.
